Unicorn Growth Solutions

Hi, I'm Bec
As a qualified ADHD & Leadership Coach with over 16 years of leadership experience in the Royal Australian Navy, I am passionate about helping individuals unlock their strengths and overcome personal challenges. My own journey as a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD drives my compassionate, solution-focused approach, empowering clients to thrive by embracing their unique potential.
My Story
With over 16 years of experience as a Maritime Logistics Officer in the Royal Australian Navy, I’ve dedicated my career to mentoring and supporting individuals to reach their full potential. I now bring that passion into my coaching practice, where I focus on empowering clients to unlock their unique strengths and overcome challenges in both personal development and ADHD management.

As a qualified ADHD & Leadership Coach, my own journey as a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD has given me deep empathy and insight into the challenges many of my client's face. I understand firsthand the frustrations of navigating a world that often feels overwhelming or misaligned with our natural way of thinking and operating. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore who they are, free from fear or external expectations.

In my coaching, I focus on helping clients build strategies that work for them, tapping into their strengths and interests. Whether it’s managing time, improving focus, or navigating emotional regulation, I believe in working with the brain, not against it. My approach combines compassion and structured support to help individuals overcome procrastination, develop self-regulation, and take charge of their personal and professional lives.

I also draw on my extensive background in leadership coaching to guide clients towards greater performance and alignment with their goals. Whether you're looking to boost leadership skills, enhance communication, or foster personal growth, I am here to help you thrive.

My Coaching Philosophy
I believe coaching is about creating a safe, supportive environment where people can explore their full potential. My philosophy centres around seeing each client as a whole person, not a list of symptoms or problems to be fixed. You are not broken or deficient—you are unique, and I want to help you uncover and embrace your strengths.

Together, we will create personalised strategies that align with your natural strengths, helping you overcome challenges with such things as impulsivity, focus, self-regulation, and habits. My goal is to empower you, to help you feel seen, accepted, and capable of achieving the life you want. Through our work, you’ll develop greater self-awareness, improve your self-management, and build the confidence to take focused, purpose-driven action.

Coaching with me is about empowerment and ownership. I support you in setting clear, achievable goals, provide regular check-ins to support your progress, and help you reflect on your decisions and actions. This process keeps you accountable, motivated, and moving forward on your unique path.

I am here to help you thrive, both in your day-to-day life and your long-term journey. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, seeking personal growth, or looking to enhance your leadership skills, I will partner with you to unlock your unique power.
